Global Women of Impact is an initiative by Rachna Lachke Bagwe dedicated to empowering women as leaders, entrepreneurs and changemakers. The event recognizes and celebrates women from various fields including sports, media, entertainment and business.
The initiative aims to create an inclusive platform where women's potential is nurtured, celebrated and transformed into real social and economic impact.

Aarogyam Dhanasampada is a special initiative by RAC Media / Rachna Arts & Creations, celebrated around World Health Day on 7 April, to honour the doctors and healthcare workers who dedicate their lives to serving society.
The event recognizes not only doctors but also nurses, ward boys, technicians, attendants and other healthcare professionals whose tireless efforts form the backbone of the healthcare system.
